Suspended license--Fee for reinstatement

Any person whose license or privilege to drive a motor vehicle on public highways is suspended pursuant to this chapter must pay the reinstatement fee, pursuant to subsection 32-12-47.1 (1)(f), to the department prior to the reinstatement of the license.
