Validation of nonnegotiable interstate title application

The county treasurer shall forward each nonnegotiable interstate title to the department with the application for registration, a copy of the valid ownership document or out - of - state registration. The department shall determine if such documents were valid at the time of application for registration. Source: SL 1993, ch 322 , § 15; SDCL 42-8-89.
