Lost certificate of registration--Duplicate--Fee

In the case of lost certificates of registration, the loss of which is accounted for to the satisfaction of the department, duplicates may be issued. A fee of two dollars shall be paid for each duplicate so issued. Source: SDC 1939, § 44.0209; SL 1957, ch 217 ; SL 1989, ch 257 , § 94.
