Insurance check included in trade - in value

For the purposes of § 32-5B-4 , the credit or trade - in value of any damaged motor vehicle may include the value of any check from an insurance company which is intended to cover the damages to the motor vehicle. Source: SL 1992, ch 211 . 32-5B-5. Repealed by SL 2014, ch 144 , § 1.
