Repossession of dealer plates

Any dealers' metal plates issued pursuant to § 32-6B-21 or 32-6B-23 , remain the property of the state and may be repossessed by the state in the event of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter. Source: SL 1986, ch 250 , § 25.
