Classification of licenses

Any dealer's license issued under this chapter shall be of the following classification: (1) "Boat dealer's license," to permit the licensee to engage in the business of selling or exchanging new and used boats; (2) "Used boat dealer's license," to permit the licensee to engage in the business of selling or exchanging used boats only. A license issued in any of the above classifications allows a boat dealer to engage in the business of selling or exchanging new and used boat trailers without a separate license or additional fee.
