Fee for commercial use of motorbus--Gross maximum weight

For any vehicle, with a seating capacity of sixteen or more persons, including the driver, used as a motorbus in the transportation of persons for hire within the corporate limits of any city or town an annual license fee shall be based on the noncommercial vehicle fee schedule provided in §
