Records of summary court-martial--Promulgation of rules

Each summary court-martial shall keep a separate record of the proceedings in each case. The record shall be authenticated in the manner as may be prescribed by rules promulgated pursuant to chapter 1-26 by the Adjutant General. Source: SL 2012, ch 175 , § 140; SL 2023, ch 109 , § 15.
