Misbehavior of sentinel

Any sentinel or look-out who is found drunk, or under the influence of a controlled substance identified in § 33-10-282 , or sleeping upon the sentinel's or look-out's post or leaves it before being properly relieved, shall be punished as a court-martial may direct. Source: SL 2012, ch 175 , § 264.
