Promulgation of rules regarding records

Rules promulgated by the Adjutant General, pursuant to chapter 1-26 , may prescribe the form of records to be kept of proceedings under this code and may prescribe that certain categories of those proceedings shall be in writing. Source: SL 2012, ch 175 , § 41; SL 2023, ch 109 , § 12.
