Adverse action by department--Appeal

Any party aggrieved by any act, ruling, or decision of the department acting pursuant to § 34-11-17 may appeal the act, ruling, or decision under the provisions of chapter 1-26 . Source: SL 2024, ch 126 , § 12. Effective July 1, 2026
