Access and dissemination--Violation as misdemeanor

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a person may not access or disseminate a recording produced by a video monitoring device, without the written consent of the resident. A violation of this section is a Class 1 misdemeanor. Source: SL 2020, ch 152 , § 13.
