Substances not subject to control as precursors of precursors

If the department designates a substance as an "immediate precursor," substances which are precursors of such designated immediate precursors shall not be subject to control solely because they are precursors of the controlled precursor. Source: SL 1970, ch 229 , § 7 (c); SDCL Supp, § 39-17-71.
