Sale or donation of cannabis seeds to cultivation facility

A cardholder, nonresident cardholder, or the equivalent of a medical cannabis establishment that is registered in another jurisdiction may sell or donate cannabis seeds to a cultivation facility in this state. Source: Initiated Measure No. 26, approved Nov. 3, 2020, eff. Jul. 1, 2021.
