Failure to comply as public nuisance

Any failure to comply with the provisions of §§ 34-25-32.3 to 34-25-32.7 , inclusive, constitutes a public nuisance. Any person, firm, or corporation failing to comply with the provisions of §§ 34-25-32.3 to 34-25-32.7 , inclusive, is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. Source: SL 1998, ch 208 , § 3.
