Municipal ordinances not to be less restrictive--Conflicting ordinances void

No municipality or other governmental subdivision may make any laws, ordinances, or resolutions providing for the construction, installation, inspection, operation, maintenance, and repair of boilers within the limits of such municipality or governmental subdivision which are less restrictive than this chapter.
