Interference with, or disobedience of, fire official as misdemeanor

It is a Class 1 misdemeanor for any person to interfere with a fire official or law enforcement official carrying out any duties or functions prescribed by this chapter. It is also a Class 1 misdemeanor for any person to disobey a lawful order of a fire official or law enforcement official. Source: SL 1991, ch 283 , § 6.
