Impersonating official as misdemeanor

It is a Class 1 misdemeanor for any person to use an official badge, uniform, or other credentials to impersonate a fire official for the purpose of gaining access to any building, structure, vessel, vehicle, or premises in a jurisdiction. Source: SL 1991, ch 283 , § 7.
