Health service contracts with public or private agencies--Expenditures from special revenue fund

The board of county commissioners or the governing bodies of a municipality may contract for health services with any public or private agency and expend funds for such purpose from the special revenue fund authorized by § 34-3A-1 . Source: SL 1976, ch 210 , § 1.
