Responsibility of counties for providing disposal sites

Each county of the state shall be responsible for providing a disposal site for asbestos - containing materials which has been approved by the department. Such sites may include those made available through written agreements with other counties or subdivisions of government. Source: SL 1988, ch 284 , § 30.
