Entry by chief engineer to determine compliance

The chief engineer may enter upon the land of a person as provided in § 46-2-19 for the purpose of determining whether such person is in compliance with the provisions of this chapter and any rules promulgated pursuant to this chapter. Source: SL 1988, ch 286 , § 4.
