Administrative penalty for violation of chapter

Any violation of this chapter and the rules promulgated thereunder is subject to the administrative penalty provisions of §§ 34A-3A-26 and 34A-3A-27 and enforcement under § 34A-3A-15 . Source: SL 1999, ch 181 , § 4.
