Shipment in accordance with federal permit--Violation as misdemeanor

A direct shipper may only ship wine that was produced by the direct shipper in accordance with the direct shipper's federal basic wine manufacturing permit. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor. Source: SL 2015, ch 196 , § 10, eff. Jan. 1, 2016.
