Definitions

Terms used in this chapter: (1) "Cider manufacturer," any manufacturer located in this state producing cider, as defined in § 35-1-1 , that is not a microcidery; (2) "Microcidery," any manufacturer located in this state producing cider, as defined in § 35-1-1 , in a total quantity not in excess of twelve thousand barrels within a calendar year.
