Regulation of alcoholic beverages aboard conveyances

Any municipality may regulate the furnishing or consumption of alcoholic beverages aboard conveyances licensed pursuant to subdivisions 35-4-2(9). Source: SL 2014, ch 175 , § 2. 35-4-3.
