Background check--Compact participants--Costs

The board shall implement procedures for the completion of a state and federal fingerprint-based criminal background check for a dietitian seeking to participate in the dietitian licensure compact adopted by § 36-10C-1 . The dietitian must pay any fee for the cost of fingerprinting and conducting the background check. Source: SL 2025, ch 153 , § 1.
