Fee classifications

The board may promulgate fees for the following fee classifications: (1) Initial license fee not to exceed seventy dollars; (2) Renewal of license fee not to exceed thirty - five dollars; (3) Late renewal fee not to exceed one hundred dollars; and (4) Temporary permit fee not to exceed fifty dollars.
