Complaints--Procedure

Complaints arising from any provision of this chapter shall be handled in compliance with contested case procedure in chapter 1-26 , and the board may suspend, revoke, or condition the license of the licensee if the facts warrant. Source: SL 1991, ch 307 , § 19.
