Consulting practitioners from other states exempt

Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to apply to any licensed person practicing any of the healing arts outside of this state when in actual consultation with a licensed practitioner of the healing arts in this state. Source: SL 1953, ch 130 , § 3; SDC Supp 1960, § 27.0319 (4).
