Fee for issuance or renewal of certificate

The board shall charge a fee for each application for initial issuance or renewal of a certificate under this chapter in an amount, not to exceed one hundred dollars, prescribed by the board, by rule promulgated pursuant to chapter 1-26 . Source: SL 2002, ch 179 , § 29; SL 2008, ch 191 , § 41.
