Home inspectors to be licensed or registered--Violation as misdemeanor

No person may provide, or hold oneself out as able to provide, a home inspection for compensation unless registered or licensed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. A violation of this section is a Class 1 misdemeanor. Source: SL 2000, ch 194 , § 3.
