Posting of certificate of license--Violation a misdemeanor

The license required by § 36-24-16 shall be kept conspicuously posted in the licensee's office or place of business at all times. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor. Source: SL 1968, ch 118 , § 3; SL 1997, ch 221 , § 40.
