Appointment of board members--Terms

The Governor shall appoint the members to the board for terms of three years which shall begin on the thirty-first day of October. The appointee's term shall expire on October thirtieth in the third year of appointment. Source: SL 2004, ch 253 , § 4; SL 2005, ch 199 , § 77; SL 2012, ch 16 , § 6.
