Change of name, employment, or place of business--Information furnished to board

Any person licensed pursuant to this chapter shall inform the board, within ninety days, of any change in name, place of employment, or place of business. A post office box number may not be the address of a place of business. Source: SL 2023, ch 141 , § 19.
