Fee for initial licensure

After a behavior analyst applicant presents evidence of certification, the applicant shall pay a fee for initial licensure set by the board, in rules promulgated pursuant to chapter 1-26 , not to exceed three hundred fifty dollars. Source: SL 2016, ch 199 , § 10.
