Unauthorized practice as chiropractic assistant--Misdemeanor

Any person who practices or attempts to practice as a chiropractic assistant without first having secured a certificate of registration from the board and an annual renewal is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. Source: SL 2008, ch 192 , § 7; SL 2021, ch 173 , § 37.
