Refusal to grant license or registration due to incompetence or unprofessional or dishonorable conduct

The board may, in compliance with chapter 1-26 , refuse to grant a license or registration pursuant to this chapter because of professional incompetence, or unprofessional or dishonorable conduct on the part of the applicant. Source: SL 2015, ch 199 , § 55.
