Person practicing under temporary registration subject to board supervision and discipline

Any person practicing under a temporary registration is subject to supervision and discipline by the board pursuant to this chapter in the same manner as any other licensee pursuant to this chapter. A person practicing under a temporary registration submits to jurisdiction by the board. Source: SL 2015, ch 199 , § 59.
