Teledentistry services to patient located in state is practice of dentistry in state

Any person who, while located outside this state, practices dentistry through teledentistry and provides the dental services to a patient located in this state, is engaged in the practice of dentistry in this state. Source: SL 2015, ch 199 , § 60.
