Refusal to disclose purchaser and price of article sold as misdemeanor

Every pawnbroker who refuses to disclose the name of the purchaser and the price received by him for any article received by him in pledge and subsequently sold, is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. Source: SDC 1939, § 13.1829; SL 1977, ch 190 , § 273.
