Sale of certain petroleum products on other than gross volume basis unlawful

The sale of gasoline or other middle distillate petroleum products, not including liquefied petroleum gases or petroleum fuels commercially known as number four, number five and number six, on a temperature adjusted or any basis other than gross volume, is unlawful. Source: SL 1980, ch 260 .
