Venue of actions for injunction--Relief granted

An action under § 37-24-23 may be brought in the circuit court for the county in which the alleged violator resides or has his place of business or in the circuit court for Hughes County, South Dakota. The said courts are authorized to issue temporary or permanent injunctions to restrain and prevent violations of this chapter. Source: SL 1971, ch 218 , § 5; SL 1978, ch 155 , § 23.
