Terms used in this chapter mean: (1) "Indian," any person who is enrolled or who is a lineal descendant of one enrolled upon the enrollment listing of a recognized Indian tribe domiciled within the United States; (2) "Indian handcrafted," the production by hand of products solely by Indians within the United States.
