Private applicator's license--Expiration

A private applicator's license expires on March thirty-first of the third year following the year of issuance, unless the license is revoked before the expiration, by the secretary, as provided for in § 37-21-44. Source: SL 2020, ch 175 , § 6; SL 2023, ch 145 , § 3.
