Physicians, veterinarians, and pharmacists--Exemption

Any licensed physician, veterinarian, or pharmacist is exempt from the provisions of § 38-21-33.1 if less than three percent of total sales is derived from the sale of pesticides. Source: SL 1975, ch 251 , § 4; SL 2020, ch 173 , § 43.
