Initial officers of board--Election

At its first annual meeting, the county weed and pest board shall elect a chairman, a vice - chairman, a secretary, and a treasurer. The positions of secretary and treasurer may be consolidated at the discretion of the board and need not be members of the board. Source: SL 1983, ch 282 , § 32.
