Powers of board

The county weed and pest board may: (1) Employ administrative personnel and determine duties and conditions of employment; (2) Coordinate activities with state and federal agencies and enter into cooperative agreements, including agreements entered into pursuant to chapter 1-24 ; (3) Control and disburse money received from any source, including state and federal agencies; (4) Secure and maintain bonds or liability insurance.
