Forgery or counterfeiting of label prohibited

No person shall forge, counterfeit, simulate, or falsely represent, or without proper authority use, any mark, stamp, tag, label, or other identification device required by § 39-18-15 . Source: SL 1966, ch 8 , § 10 (i).
