State employees' blanket bond coverage--Premium

Before the state investment officer, or other responsible employee of the Division of Investment shall enter upon his duties, he shall be included under the state employees' blanket bond, for an amount and for coverage as deemed best to protect the state's interest. The premium thereon shall not be chargeable to the officer or employee. Source: SL 1971, ch 27 , § 11.
