Parks and recreation fund created--Expenditure

There is created in the state treasury the parks and recreation fund. The parks and recreation fund shall be budgeted and expended in accordance with Title 4 on warrants drawn by the state auditor on vouchers approved by the secretary of game, fish and parks. Source: SL 1984, ch 273 , § 3.
